Restaurante donde la especialidad es toda clase de cortes de carne. El asado de carne lo preparan kunto a tu mesa donde puedes disfrutar de un flambeado con tequila muy espectacular y que le da un matiz muy interesante a la carne. La carne tierna y muy gustosa. Gran variedad de vinos tanto de la zona como de importación. Tienes también la posibilidad de comer um muy exquisito jamón de bellota español. El personal muy atento y amable. Relación calidad precio aceptable

Hay una sola cosa mala sobre este sitio: los meseros muertos de hambre que exigen de forma grosera e impertinente su propina, exigiéndola de manera imprudente y con mal modo. ¡Ojo para los dueños! Es un buen lugar y la comida es excelente, pero los meseros, especialmente los que están en el 2° piso arruinan el lugar, son horribles. Deberían despedirlos, o darles de comer... porque andan hambreados los pobres

Me gusta este lugar. Las costillas son ricas. Me tocó que hubiera musica en Vivo, que agradable. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que llegaran personas a la mesa ofreciendo comprar botellas de tequila, eran insistentes, pero nada mas.

I loved the food and the atmosphere here. They have an amzing menu for signature coctails. The ribs where delicious, they also have options for vegeterians and the luve music was great.

Todo el personal te recibe de manera muy amable, tienes la opción de quedarte abajo o estar en el segundo piso donde puedes disfrutar de la vista sobre todo en época de feria, el restaurante es bonito y todo se encuentra en buen estado, tiene buen ambiente para ir en familia, amigos o con pareja, recibimos una atención muy rápida por parte del personal, los costos son elevados pero vale totalmente la pena, toda la comida estuvo súper rica y pasamos un rato muy agradable, los sanitarios se encuentran limpios y en buen estado, definitivamente regresaría.!!

Exquisitas las costillas, puedes elegir 2 salsas. El ambiente es agradable y hay música en vivo, los meseros muy atentos y la micología es deliciosa! Si visitas la Feria de San Marcos es un lugar al que no debes dejar de pasar…

Visited Las Costillas during our yearly trip to la FNSM 2024 in Aguascalientes... I was excited to try their ribs but a bit disappointed in the dryness and lack of meat on the ribs. We chose 4 different sauces on the ribs, and our favorite was the bbq flavor. We ordered chistorra, and that was unbelievable. The mezcal drink was fire. We love the atmosphere and live music. We will definitely go back but will have to try something totally different on the menu.
